All Virginia's students thrive in school and in life.
Join us this spring as we begin our social justice journey together. Our new book club starts with a book focused on self-reflection and identifying our own biases. We would love to have you as part of our group as we read Waking Up White: And Finding Myself in the Story of Race by Debby Irving.
The book club will meet every three weeks. Membership is open to the public. It is not necessary to join every session or to complete all of the reading ahead of time, although it is encouraged. The book club is open to any adult, regardless of profession, location, or membership status. Please feel free to share with your friends and colleagues!
Our schedule is as follows:
General public admission is $10, which goes to support initiatives of the VASP Social Justice Committee. Active VASP members are able to join for free with the discount code. Please email vaspcommunications@gmail.com if you have any questions.
